Teaching & LearningPlan and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons aligned to CAIE/AS–A Level curriculum framework.Use differentiated pedagogy to meet diverse learning styles.Integrate ICT tools, digital resources, and inquiry-based learning.Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and term plans as per school standards.Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CAIE guidelines.Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.B. Academic AdministrationMaintain accurate student records, portfolios, grade books, and reports.Prepare students for internal assessments, checkpoints, and Cambridge exams.Develop question papers, rubrics, and marking schemes following CAIE norms.Participate in curriculum planning, internal moderation, and departmental reviews.C. Student Support & Well-BeingMentor students for academic improvement and subject-related competitions.Support students in coursework, research projects, and extended learning tasks.Ensure emotional, social, and academic well-being in the classroom.D.
