Camera Technician (Time-Lapse & CCTV Systems)

Team members join a culture that values safety, performance, and long-term career development.Role Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Camera Technician with expertise in both Time-Lapse and CCTV systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various camera systems, including specialized Time-Lapse setups such as Enlaps Tikee 4X. This role involves visiting multiple sites across all Emirates to identify optimal installation spots, perform regular maintenance, and resolve technical issues promptly. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring continuous, high-quality recording and monitoring.Key Responsibilities:·       Install, configure, and maintain Time-Lapse cameras, particularly Enlaps Tikee 4X, and CCTV systems across various locations.·       Conduct site surveys to determine the best spots for camera installation, ensuring optimal coverage and security.·       Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure camera systems are functioning correctly.·       Troubleshoot and repair camera issues, including video feed problems, connectivity issues, and hardware malfunctions.·       Manage and monitor live CCTV feeds, ensuring security coverage and data integrity.·       Ensure all CCTV installations in Abu Dhabi comply with ADMCC regulations — candidate should be familiar with the approval process and requirements for CCTV systems in Abu Dhabi.·       Edit and process video footage when required, supporting content creation or reporting.·       Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.·       Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure camera systems meet operational requirements.·       Stay updated with the latest advancements in Time-Lapse and CCTV technology.Qualifications & Skills:·       Proven experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.·       Experience with Time-Lapse systems, especially Enlaps Tikee 4X, is highly preferred.·       Strong understanding of security camera systems, networking, and data storage.·       Knowledge of ADMCC regulations and approval processes for CCTV installations in Abu Dhabi.·       Basic video editing skills are a plus.·       Ability to visit multiple sites across all Emirates and identify suitable camera placement locations.·       Own vehicle is preferable for ease of travel and site visits.·       Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple installations and service requests.Additional Requirements:·       Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are highly desirable.·       Flexibility to work across different locations and adapt to varied site conditions.·       Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to CCTV installations.·       Performing routine preventive maintenance, updating system firmware and settings, documenting work performed, and adhering to WBG’s safety and quality standardsIf you are passionate about security technology and camera systems, and you enjoy traveling across different Emirates to deliver top-notch service, we want to hear from you!
