Camp Boss / Accommodation Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss / Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of its labor accommodation facilities across the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of accommodation management, hygiene, safety, discipline, employee welfare, documentation, and regulatory compliance across all assigned facilities. This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring strong operational oversight and the ability to manage multiple accommodation facilities effectively. WHAT YOU’LL OWNOversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of assigned labor accommodation facilities.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.Manage employee check-ins, room allocation, occupancy records, inventory, and accommodation documentation.Maintain discipline within the accommodation facilities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Identify and coordinate the resolution of electrical, plumbing, civil, and other maintenance requirements.Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation standards and maintain readiness for relevant authority inspections.Address employee accommodation concerns and grievances professionally, fairly, and promptly.Coordinate emergency response procedures, including medical assistance, hospital transfers, and evacuation readiness.Supervise and coordinate accommodation, security, and cleaning teams to ensure effective service delivery.Coordinate with HR and site management regarding employee arrivals, departures, transportation, and accommodation requirements.Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports covering occupancy, maintenance, discipline, inventory, and employee welfare.WHAT WE NEED3–5 years of relevant experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, or in a similar role.Mandatory: Direct UAE labor camp experience.Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and authority inspection requirements.Previous experience supervising accommodation, security, or cleaning teams.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and record management.English and Hindi are essential.
