Company DescriptionGrandia Building Contracting LLC is a professional construction and building contracting company based in Dubai, UAE, serving residential, commercial, and property development projects.Role DescriptionThe Camp Boss is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of worker accommodation and related camp facilities for Grandia Building Contracting LLC.This full-time, on-site role in Dubai includes overseeing camp housekeeping, catering, safety, and maintenance services, ensuring that living conditions meet company standards and applicable local regulations.The Camp Boss will:• Coordinate room allocations and monitor camp occupancy.• Maintain accurate records of residents, movements, and camp inventory.• Supervise camp support staff and ensure service quality.• Coordinate vendor and service provider activities.• Oversee housekeeping, catering, maintenance, hygiene, and general camp facilities.• Handle basic administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation.• Address resident concerns and ensure timely resolution.• Work closely with HR, site management, and logistics teams to support workforce welfare and efficient camp operations.Qualifications• Previous experience in camp or accommodation management, preferably within a construction or contracting environment.• MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.• English & Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.• Knowledge of facilities management, including housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and catering supervision.• Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and welfare standards relevant to worker accommodation in the UAE.• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, including occupancy lists, inventories, and basic reports.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse workforce groups and service providers.• Ability to lead and supervise camp support staff with a strong focus on accountability and service quality.• Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.• Knowledge of UAE regulations and requirements related to worker accommodation/labor camps is an advantage.What We Offer✓ Competitive salary✓ Company visa✓ Accommodation✓ Transportation✓ Career growth opportunities✓ Supportive work environment📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV to: grandiaGroupHR@gmail.com📞 Contact - 056 953 1389
