Camp Supervisor

Key responsibilities & accountabilities: General Duties including supervision, Asset Management, Waste Management, CCTV Management, Stakeholder Management, Implementation of Operational Efficiencies, Employee Welfare, Health, Safety & Environment, Safety Critical Competencies Knowledge: ? Ideally a degree holder or high diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline. Skills: ? Good English and Arabic communication skills (Spoken & Written) and ability to manage multiple ? tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; ? Proficient in MS Office Packages; ? Holder of a first aid certificate and trained fire warden. Experience: ? A minimum of 2 years’ experience of supervising residential buildings or accommodation blocks, including direct supervision of security personnel and building management staff: ? Experience in supervising a number of teams within different disciplines which includes performance reviews, leave, absence, overtime, uniforms, inductions etc; ? Experience of handling investigations and understanding of conflict resolution techniques; ? Mature, detail minded, flexible, pro-active, self-motivated and responsible approach to work with strong initiative and problem solving capability; ? Experience managing subcontractors
