Join a team of smart, supportive people who are passionate about making the internet a better place and help us shape the future of social.The RoleAs our Campaigns Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in turning marketing plans into action. This is a hands-on campaign delivery role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You'll take agreed marketing plans and transform them into live campaigns across multiple sectors and markets. From creating assets and launching activity to analysing performance and optimising results, you'll own campaign execution from start to finish. Working closely with Sales Leads, freelancers and specialist agencies, you'll help deliver high-impact campaigns across sectors including elite sport, broadcasting, retail, travel, fashion, fintech and strategic partnerships.What You'll Be DoingCampaign DeliveryTurn approved campaign plans into clear delivery schedules and action plans.Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, landing pages, content and social media.Create and coordinate campaign assets including one-pagers, outreach sequences, nurture campaigns and advertising content.Keep campaigns moving and ensure projects are delivered on time.Multi-Market MarketingAdapt messaging and campaigns for audiences across the UK and North America.Coordinate campaign delivery across different time zones and markets.Support compliant outbound marketing activity in line with GDPR and related regulations.Supplier & Agency ManagementBrief and manage freelancers and specialist marketing partners.Review work to ensure quality, consistency and brand alignment.Keep projects on schedule and within budget.Reporting & OptimisationProduce weekly campaign performance reports.Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.Run structured testing across messaging, content and creative.Recommend, implement and measure campaign improvements.Sales CollaborationPartner closely with Sales Leads to support commercial objectives.Maintain campaign documentation and reporting.Help build scalable processes and best practices for future campaigns.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first six months, you'll have:Improved our online presence through website, landing page and thought leadership activity.Helped generate inbound leads through SEO/AEO and content initiatives.Created compelling case studies, reviews and customer proof points.Developed a calendar of events, webinars and campaign activity.Implemented PR and social media activity to increase brand awareness.Organised and aligned marketing collateral across campaigns.Contributed to the generation of qualified marketing leads for the sales team.About YouYou'll likely have:2-4 years' experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS or technology.Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Strong campaign reporting and performance analysis skills.Experience managing freelancers, agencies or external suppliers.Excellent organisational and project management abilities.Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.Experience using CRM platforms and AI-powered marketing tools.A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.Nice to HaveExperience marketing across UK and US markets.Paid social or paid search experience.SEO/AEO knowledge.Experience with Notion, Zero CRM or similar platforms.Basic design or video editing skills.Experience within sport, media, SaaS or consumer brands.Why Join Arwen?At Arwen, you'll join a fast-growing company where your work will have a genuine impact.You'll work alongside a collaborative and ambitious team that values:Collaboration - We succeed together.Ownership - We deliver on our commitments.Pragmatism - We focus on meaningful progress.Open Communication - We value honesty and clarity.Innovation - We embrace new ideas and continuous improvement.Most importantly, you'll help shape the future of a business using AI to create healthier online conversations for millions of people worldwide.We’re a team that backs each other, pushes for better, and makes things happen.
