Camps Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Camps Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple labor accommodation camps supporting construction projects.Supervise Camp Bosses, housekeeping teams, and other camp support staff.Monitor camp occupancy, room allocation, labors movements, and accommodation requirements.Ensure camps maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, discipline, and employee welfare.Coordinate housekeeping, catering, maintenance, pest control, waste management, and other camp services.Monitor catering operations, food quality, kitchen hygiene, and employee feedback.Address employee accommodation concerns, complaints, welfare matters, and disciplinary issues and raise to the manager.Conduct regular camp inspections and ensure timely resolution of operational, maintenance, and HSE issues.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE labor accommodation, MoHRE, Municipality, HSE, health, hygiene, and Civil Defense requirements.Coordinate and support government, HSE, and internal inspections, including timely closure of observations and corrective actions.Maintain accurate camp records and prepare regular reports covering ,absenteeism, occupancy, employee movements, maintenance, incidents, catering, housekeeping, and compliance.Perform any other task assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in labor accommodation management, preferably within the construction industry.Mandatory: Proven experience managing multiple labor camps simultaneously.Experience managing accommodation for a large multicultural workforce.Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation, MoHRE, Municipality, HSE, health, hygiene, and safety requirements.Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.Have a valid driving licenseExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
