Make an Impact.Cortiva Institute is seeking an experienced Campus Director to lead our Linthicum Heights, Maryland campus.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the campus's overall performance and day-to-day operations, including education, admissions, financial aid, student services, career services, clinic operations, compliance, facilities, staffing, and financial performance.The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who understands the unique demands of career education and can balance student success, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, team development, and business performance.Experience within the for-profit education sector is required.What You'll DoLead and oversee all campus departments and day-to-day operations.Recruit, coach, develop, manage, and evaluate campus employees.Establish clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable to campus and company goals.Oversee admissions operations, enrollment performance, community outreach, open houses, and other campus recruitment initiatives.Partner with education leadership and faculty to support student attendance, academic progress, retention, completion, and overall student experience.Oversee financial aid operations and ensure applicable policies, regulations, funding requirements, and timelines are followed.Manage campus financial performance, including the P&L, operating budget, payroll, expenses, collections, and cost controls.Maintain compliance with applicable accreditation standards, U.S. Department of Education requirements, state and local regulations, and company policies.Support successful campus audits, inspections, licensing, reporting, and documentation.Oversee student services, complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and campus documentation.Ensure student clinic operations deliver a positive experience while meeting staffing, operational, financial, and compliance expectations.Partner with Career Services to support licensure, graduate placement, employment readiness, and required placement documentation.Maintain a professional, welcoming, safe, and well-operated campus environment.Analyze campus performance and implement action plans when results fall below established goals.Collaborate regularly with regional and corporate leadership on campus priorities, challenges, and opportunities.What We're Looking ForRequiredPrevious experience in the for-profit education sector.Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.Strong understanding of campus operations, performance management, and student-focused service.Ability to manage multiple departments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.Experience working with budgets, performance metrics, ratios, percentages, and operational reporting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology.PreferredBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.Previous leadership experience within a career school, vocational school, postsecondary institution, or similar education environment.Familiarity with applicable accreditation requirements and U.S. Department of Education regulations.Experience leading admissions, education, financial aid, student services, or other campus-based functions.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $75,000–$95,000 per yearCortiva Institute offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package that may include:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceRetirement benefitsPaid time offEligibility, coverage, waiting periods, employee contributions, and other terms are governed by the applicable benefit plans and company policies.Apply today to join Cortiva Institute as Campus Director of our Linthicum Heights, Maryland campus.
