The institution maintains a strong focus on academic excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, research, diversity, and the comprehensive development of its students.Position SummaryThe Campus Director leads campus operations and growth. Implement policies and procedures in accordance with University standards. Responsible for the achievement of enrollment and retention objectives. Develops and maintains a positive environment for the academic community. Hire and supervise staff, promotes campus image in the community, and brings new relationships that assist in the growth of the campus population. Implements controls and procedures to achieve budget projections.Key Responsibilities Strategic ManagementDefine and execute the strategic direction of the South Florida Location.Analyze market trends and enrollment data to identify opportunities for program expansion.Participate in institutional planning initiatives aligned with enrollment and retention objectives. Operations and Student ServicesOversee all student services, including academic advising, technical support, and success coaching.Ensure efficient and student-centered onboarding, admissions, and support processes.Enrollment Management and RetentionEnsure the effective execution of recruitment, conversion, and retention strategies for students.Monitor the admissions pipeline and establish KPIs to optimize enrollment outcomes.Implement retention initiatives tailored to learner needs.Academic Coordination and Compliance Ensure programs meet academic rigor, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with School Deans, Academic Affairs, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Affairs.Support training and professional development for administrative and academic staff.Resource and Technology Management Manage budgets, staffing, and operational resources. Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance digital platforms and learn ing tools.Leadership and Supervision Lead, supervise, and develop personnel assigned to the South Florida Location.Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and continuous-improvement work environment.Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in education or in an administration area.Six (6) years of experience in high levels of administration in a higher education environment.Ability to express both verbally and in writing fluently in English and Spanish.Experience with: LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Anthology); Zoho tools; analytics systems.***Offers a competitive salary and benefits package***
