This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional learning experiences to our students.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L ManagementOwn and manage the campus P&L, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targetsDevelop and execute annual business plans and budgets for the campusMonitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as neededIdentify new revenue streams and business opportunitiesOperations ManagementOversee all campus operations including admissions, academics, student services, and facilitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standardsMaintain high standards of infrastructure, safety, and hygiene across the campusImplement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational effectivenessTeam LeadershipBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of faculty and administrative staffFoster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvementConduct performance management and professional development for team membersManage hiring, training, and retention of quality staffStudent SuccessDrive student enrollment, engagement, and retention initiativesEnsure delivery of high-quality learning outcomes and student satisfactionAddress student concerns and maintain strong student relationshipsMonitor and improve student placement and career outcomesBusiness Development & PartnershipsDevelop relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and community stakeholdersLead marketing and promotional activities to enhance campus visibility and enrollmentRepresent Elance Learning at industry events and forumsQualificationsEssential RequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field8-12 years of experience in managing educational institutions or training centersProven track record of P&L management with demonstrated resultsStrong business acumen and financial management skillsExcellent leadership and people management capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in the EdTech or skill development sectorUnderstanding of vocational training and employability programsTrack record of scaling operations and driving growthStrong network in the education and corporate training ecosystemKey CompetenciesStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategiesFinancial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysisLeadership: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilitiesCustomer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional student and stakeholder experiences
