Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with requirements gathering, coordinating with engineers and designers, documenting processes, and supporting project timelines and reporting. The candidate will help ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, contribute to quality assurance efforts, and assist in monitoring solution performance and user feedback. The role also involves adhering to internal standards, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.Qualifications Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, developers) and support project coordination and communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand business needs, interpret data, and contribute to process optimization.Solid documentation and organizational skills, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and following structured workflows.Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort with technology environments, eagerness to learn IT/IoT concepts, and ability to adapt to new tools and systems.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices.Previous experience in IT, IoT, or technology
