As a Capability Consultant, you own the Capability Audit — our entry engagement — end to end: scoping with the client, baselining a cohort in simulations, reading the skill evidence, and presenting findings that change real decisions about promotion, hiring, and development.What you'll doRun Capability Audits: define target roles and skills with the client, set up cohorts, manage the simulation windowRead the evidence: analyse cohort heatmaps, individual capability maps, and debrief data to find the story that mattersDeliver findings to L&D heads and CHROs — including the uncomfortable partsTranslate audit findings into capability journeys the client actually adoptsFeed what you learn in the field back into how we build the productWhat we're looking forExperience in L&D consulting, talent assessment, HR analytics, or management consultingComfort presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholdersThe instinct to say what the evidence says, not what the room wants to hearStrong written and verbal communication; fluency with data without hiding behind itBonus: exposure to competency frameworks, assessment centres, or simulation-based learningHow we evaluate — read this part We won't screen you by resume.
