• Graduated from universities in the Textile or Industrial Engineering departments,
• At least 3 years of experience in capacity planning and standard minute processes in Textile industry,
• Strong planning skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Preferably experienced in process management and lean principles,
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of problem-solving techniques, and well-developed decision-making abilities,
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong in reporting,
• Team-oriented,
• Open to learning and development, innovative.Job Description
• Manage the procurement process of the assigned procurement group (sewing, ironing, packaging, and cutting processes),
• Perform capacity and efficiency calculations and reporting for the production process,
• Participate in improvement and development activities in the areas of responsibility.
