Capital & Liquidity Senior Analyst We are seeking a Capital & Liquidity Senior Analyst to join a growing financial services organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience across finance, treasury, risk or regulatory reporting who wants to develop their expertise in prudential regulation, capital adequacy and liquidity risk.Working within the first line of defence, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury and Risk, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and key governance forums.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver daily capital, liquidity and prudential reporting.Monitor key risk metrics, thresholds and early-warning indicators.Prepare and review quarterly MIFIDPRU regulatory returns.Maintain accurate own-funds requirement calculations.Ensure data is accurate, reconciled and consistent with financial systems.Support the preparation of the firm’s ICARA, including financial and liquidity analysis.Run capital and liquidity stress-testing models and analyse the results.Assist with scenario development, reverse stress testing and wind-down analysis.Maintain and enhance financial risk methodologies, assessments and supporting documentation.Contribute to MIFIDPRU disclosures and going-concern assessments.Support the production of committee packs, providing clear analysis and commentary.Coordinate contributions from Finance, Treasury and Risk and track agreed actions.Monitor emerging capital, liquidity and funding risks, recommending appropriate mitigating actions.Maintain dashboards and management reporting tools.Produce ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders.Support the development and implementation of a funds transfer pricing approach.Skills & Experience2–3 years’ experience within finance, treasury, risk or regulatory reporting.Working knowledge of MIFIDPRU or wider prudential regulation would be advantageous.Experience in financial analysis, regulatory reporting or stress testing.Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data tools would be beneficial.Confident interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, practical insights.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage recurring deadlines effectively.
