The role:PFC is looking for a Junior Analyst for the Capital Markets team that will work in close contact with and will report to the CIO of Capital Markets on the analysis and investment management activities regarding the portfolio. The Junior Analyst will be responsible in executing analysis and evaluating future and past investments and monitoring current listed portfolio. The Junior Analyst will also support the Impact Team (always reporting to the Capital Markets CIO) in conducting ESG Due Diligence with regards to the listed portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets responsibilitiesSector Analysis, and Investment Trends Investigation: research and analysis on different sectors, including market sizing, trends and value chain understandingAnalysis of quarterly reports from companies for current and prospective investmentsDevelop and continuously evaluate investment thesis for current and potential allocations in capital marketsAnalyze and track sustainability and impact KPIs and KRIs for Capital Markets portfolio companiesInvestment material preparation Performance monitoring and analysisDevelop and continuously evaluate derivatives strategies for hedging, yield enhancement and position buildingFO Operations responsibilities Internal Operations: creating and updating PFC documents for shareholders and partners, supporting in the periodical reviews of the Investment Strategy and of the Sustainable and Impact Policy and in the creation of Internal Investment ProcessRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in Finance and Due Diligence roles in Investment Companies, Investment Banking or similar entitiesInvestment evaluation experience including ability to evaluate market, competitive environment, business models and valuation metrics and understanding of Data Management and Financial Modeling Understanding of asset allocation concepts for public marketsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, programming experience is a plus (VBA, Python)Knowledge of the Bloomberg Terminal is a plusItalian and English at professional levelCompensation and benefits:Full-time, permanent contractRAL: 32k€ - 37k€ based on experienceBonus up to 40%Ticket restaurant: 8€Up to 2 remote working days/month Off site and on site wellbeing initiativesPossibility of a four-days work week for long-term employees (after one year in PFC you can be "off" every other Friday, after two years in PFC you can be "off" every Friday)PFC promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion.
