We are preparing for our next growth stage and seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts.Position SummaryWe are looking for an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager with an established network of venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing a SAR 10 million investment round to accelerate the company's expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's fundraising strategy.Identify, approach, and engage qualified investors.Build and maintain strong investor relationships.Present the investment opportunity to potential investors.Coordinate investor meetings and due diligence.Lead negotiations until successful investment closing.Work closely with the Founder throughout the fundraising process.RequirementsDemonstrated experience raising capital for startups or high-growth companies.Existing network of active investors.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of venture capital and startup fundraising.Experience in investor relations is highly preferred.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).CompensationCompetitive success-based compensation.Equity opportunity for exceptional performance.Opportunity to become part of the leadership team of a fast-growing Saudi technology startup.If you have the network, experience, and passion to connect innovative startups with the right investors, we would like to hear from you.Apply with your LinkedIn profile and a summary of your fundraising experience.
