Our growing portfolio includes Al Safadi Restaurants, Oventine, and Table 25, with exciting new hospitality concepts and retail brands currently in development.As we continue to expand across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an experienced Captain to lead our floor team and ensure service excellence that reflects our commitment to authentic Lebanese hospitality.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dependable Captain to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the service floor, leading and supporting the waitstaff, and ensuring a consistently smooth and high-quality guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed and guest-focused in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a captain or team leader in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality group.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management training is a plus.Team Leadership: Hands-on experience supervising, training, and mentoring waitstaff to maintain consistent service standards.Guest Handling: Ability to professionally manage guest feedback, special requests, and service escalations.Service Standards: Strong understanding of table settings, service flow, section coverage, and order accuracy.Coordination: Ability to liaise effectively between front-of-house and kitchen/bar teams to ensure timely, smooth service.Operational Support: Ability to assist management with shift reporting, staff scheduling, and daily floor operations as needed.Language Skills: Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, composure under pressure, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
