The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service team.🔹 Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.🔹 Welcome guests, handle special requests, and resolve customer concerns professionally.🔹 Assist in assigning tables and coordinating efficient service operations.🔹 Train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards.🔹 Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with company service standards.🔹 Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth communication and operations.🔹 Support the team during busy service periods and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.💼 Previous experience as a Captain, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.🍽 Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.🤝 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.💡 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.🌍 Comfortable working in a multicultural team.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
