Provide professional and efficient dine-in table service.Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.Supervise and support waiters to ensure smooth service operations.Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and timely clearing.Handle guest requests and service concerns professionally.Maintain menu knowledge and provide accurate recommendations.Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and support the service team.Candidates should possess solid Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge to oversee menu delivery, serving standards, and dining operations.Candidates should possess basic Cooking and food preparation awareness to coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and understand menu items.Candidates should possess leadership and team supervision abilities, with experience training and guiding waiting staff.Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, especially in high-volume restaurant environments.Previous experience in a supervisory or senior waiting role in hospitality or restaurants is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage.
