Role Description The CAPTAINS-MATES 200 Ton role is a full-time, offshore position based in Youngsville, LA, supporting offshore operations on Aries Marine vessels. QualificationsValid U.S. Coast Guard 200 Ton license appropriate to the vessel type, with required endorsements and STCW certifications.Demonstrated offshore vessel experience (Liftboats,), including navigation, watch standing, and deck operations.Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations, and company safety policies, with a commitment to safe work practices.Ability to lead, train, and supervise diverse crews, maintain clear communication, and collaborate effectively with shore-based teams and customers.Strong recordkeeping and reporting skills, including maintaining logs, checklists, and compliance documentation.Ability to work in offshore environments, including extended rotations, and meet all medical, fitness-for-duty, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional maritime training or courses from accredited institutions are beneficial.
