WE ARE HIRING – CAR RENTAL AGENTCompany: Vesla Rent A Car – MRM Investment LLCLocation: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 3,000 – 5,000Date: 09 October 2026Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the car rental industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries, rental bookings, vehicle handovers, and sales activities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries, rental bookings, and reservations professionally.Promote car rental services, packages, and special offers to customers.Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their requirements.Prepare rental agreements, quotations, and related documentation.Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection, and return with the operations team.Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance coverage, and company policies.Maintain accurate customer records and update bookings in the system.Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and achieve sales targets.Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.Requirements2–5 years of experience in the car rental industry (mandatory).Good knowledge of car rental procedures, agreements, and fleet management.Experience with Speed System software is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Qualification & EducationBachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.Candidates with relevant car rental industry experience and strong practical knowledge may also be considered.Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are required.Familiarity with car rental software, especially Speed System, is an advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated CV to: hr@veslamotors.com / hr.assist@veslamotors.comEmail Subject: Car Rental Agent.
