Carbon Fiber Technician

FRESH X is a motorsport engineering company based in Dubai, manufacturing carbon fiber components, body kits and performance parts for racing builds worldwide. As we scale our in-house production, we are looking for a Carbon Fiber Technician to join our team and contribute directly to the quality of what we make.This role sits within our production team and reports to the Carbon Production Lead. The right person takes ownership of every component they produce, understands it ends up on a competition vehicle, and holds themselves to a high standard.ResponsibilitiesPrepare molds and lay up carbon fiber components in accordance with production specificationsPerform vacuum bagging and resin infusion processesCarry out trimming, sanding and finishing of composite partsInspect finished components and identify any defects or non-conformitiesCollaborate with the production team to meet output targets and deadlinesQualifications and RequirementsHands-on experience with carbon fiber or composite manufacturingStrong attention to detail and commitment to consistent qualityAbility to work efficiently in a manufacturing environmentExperience in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, marine, or other composite manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.No extensive experience yet?If you have foundational knowledge of composite manufacturing and the right attitude, we are prepared to invest in your growth and development.
