Card Migration PMO

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities· Lead end-to-end card migration planning, execution, cutover and stabilisation.· Manage PMO governance, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and reporting.· Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams, processors, vendors and other stakeholders.· Oversee migration readiness, testing, certification and go-live activities.· Provide clear stakeholder communication and management updates in English and French.KPIs· Deliver migration milestones on time and within agreed governance standards.· Maintain effective reporting, risk management and issue resolution.· Achieve a smooth migration cutover with minimal business and customer disruption.· Ensure strong stakeholder coordination and satisfaction.Qualifications / Expectations Required· Proven experience in card migration, card platform transformation or payment-scheme programmes.· Strong knowledge of issuing, acquiring, card operations, processors and payment systems.· Solid PMO and technical project management experience with strong stakeholder-management skills.· Fluent French required; strong English communication skills.· Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; project management certification is an advantage.MANDATORY SKILLS· French-language proficiency.· Strong hands-on card migration experience.· Proven PMO and technical project management capability.· Strong card payments and operational knowledge.· Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
