Cardiac Radiographer Technologist

Effectively assist physicians in performing a variety of highly specialized cardiovascular procedures including, but not limited to, diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation,) and electrophysiology studies.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo be competent in the Cardiac and Electrophysiology diagnostic Labs in providing angiographical support to the highest standard to monitor cases for proper utilization of services, completeness of documentation and proper compliance to policy and procedures.To be competent in assisting the physician in the following range of clinical/technical procedures and techniquesBi-plane , single plane and Zeego labs:- perform examinations to the highest standard/ Set-up / Maintenance / TroubleshootPower injector:- perform examinations/ Set-up / Maintenance / TroubleshootEducate and train new staff.Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies.Ensure preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are performed as directed.Ensure a safe work environment and employee safe work habits.Provide patients with the utmost care and attention. All patients shall be assured of their privacy and personal dignity.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSGraduation from an accredited Medical Imaging program /Diagnostic Radiography program (minimum three (3) year curriculum) is requiredMinimum of two (2) years cardiac radiographic experience (Cardiac, Vascular, imaging and ECG recognition) is required.Current national license is requiredBLS is requiredACLS is requiredRCIS is preferredStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to speak and write in English is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to speak Arabic is preferred
