Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the surgical management of complex cardiac conditions and experience performing advanced cardiac procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and surgically manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditionsPerform cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and valve surgeryManage complex cardiac cases requiring surgical interventionConduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plansProvide postoperative care and monitor patient recoveryManage surgical complications and cardiac emergenciesCollaborate with cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialistsParticipate in multidisciplinary cardiac case discussions and clinical meetingsCounsel patients and families regarding surgical options, risks, expected outcomes, and recoveryMaintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Cardiothoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery / Cardiac SurgerySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelStrong experience in adult cardiac surgery and complex cardiac proceduresExperience in minimally invasive cardiac surgery is an advantageExcellent surgical judgment, technical skills, and clinical decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
