Modern residential facilities and good connectivity make it a vibrant, self-sustaining place to live and work for healthcare professionals.Role Description The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiac care to patients, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and emergency cardiac care. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic evaluations, interpreting cardiac investigations, planning treatment, and carrying out relevant procedures in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves participation in teaching activities for medical students and residents, contributing to clinical research, and maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. The Cardiologist will adhere to institutional protocols, quality standards, and ethical practices, while engaging in patient education and preventive cardiology initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at IQ City Knowledge & Health Campus in Durgapur.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong core clinical skills in Medicine and Cardiology.Candidates should possess specialized cardiology skills such as Interventional Cardiology and Vascular care.Candidates should possess relevant diagnostic expertise in areas such as Nuclear Medicine related to cardiac imaging.Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (MD/DM or equivalent), with valid medical council registration.Experience in hospital-based cardiology practice, including management of acute and chronic cardiac conditions.Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, with clear clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and patient-centered care approach.Interest in teaching and mentoring medical trainees, and participation in clinical audits or research activities.Willingness to work in an academic medical campus environment and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
