The company develops and markets therapies that address serious unmet medical needs and is known for a close-knit, collaborative culture where every team member plays a vital role in the mission.This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.Must be in the Central PA area - Harrisburg, Allentown, Reading areasResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed established sales budgets with accountability for territory results.Drive appropriate utilization of approved products with Heart Failure (HF) specialists, cardiology, nephrology, emergency medicine, nurse practitioners, HF clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals within assigned accounts.Apply knowledge of heart failure and the marketplace to manage business opportunities and challenges.Provide field-based insights to the Regional Sales Director and commercial and medical colleagues to support territory, regional, and national planning.Prepare, maintain, present, and implement strategic customer- and institution-specific territory plans.Execute marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts.Model the company's vision, mission, and objectives, and actively help shape a winning culture.Operate within defined territory expense budgets and manage resources to achieve objectives.Conduct speaker programs in territory (except where prohibited).Lead delivery of outstanding customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.Build a deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive dynamics.Use sales reports to identify territory potential and key HF stakeholders.Complete administrative responsibilities efficiently, including healthcare compliance, expense reports, and CRM call reporting, by established deadlines.Provide input to internal functions that support ongoing market development.Consistently measure progress toward objectives, deliver results, and model leadership across the region.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience in specialty pharma, hospital, medical device/diagnostics, or equivalent. Cardiovascular experience preferred.1+ year of institutional sales experience preferred; IDN experience a plus.Proven track record of high achievement, including a top 30% ranking in 2 of the last 5 years.Product launch experience.Experience with Medicare populations, including coverage determination facilitation, or extensive prior authorization experience.Experience working with HUB services and specialty pharmacies.Experience managing a large geography; ability to travel overnight within territory as needed.Strong team player with a customer-service, solution-oriented approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished presenter.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Satisfactory driving record in compliance with company policy.Core CompetenciesTeamwork & Leadership: Builds effective partnerships, collaborates toward shared objectives, and inspires colleagues.Execution: Drives cross-functional results, finds a path forward through ambiguity, and removes obstacles.Problem Solving: Identifies opportunities for improvement, uses resources to deliver solutions, builds internal and external networks, and has the courage to ask questions and try new things.Continuous Improvement: Finds new ways to be effective, adopts new technology early, and is a student of the industry.Awareness: Recognizes the strengths and limitations of others and helps reframe questions to reach the best solutions.Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism.Ability to prioritize, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.Ability to turn strategy into executed plans that achieve company goals.Travel: Up to 100%Pay Range: $112,000 – $168,000 per year
