We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in surgical treatment of diseases affecting the heart, lungs, and chest, providing advanced surgical care and improving patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and surgically manage cardiac, thoracic, and related vascular conditionsPerform cardiothoracic procedures, including coronary artery bypass surgery and heart valve surgery, as appropriate to clinical expertiseManage thoracic conditions requiring surgical intervention, including lung and chest disordersEvaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plansProvide pre-operative assessments and post-operative careMonitor patients in intensive care following surgery and manage complicationsCollaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialistsMaintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safety and clinical careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Cardiothoracic Surgery or an equivalent specialtySignificant post-specialization surgical experience preferredExperience in cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures relevant to the positionStrong surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
