Cards Consulting Program Lead

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaContract: 12 MonthsIndustry: Financial Services / PaymentsWe are looking for a Cards Consulting Program Lead to lead a large scale cards transformation program for a leading financial services and payments organization.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of a complex cards transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Drive cards strategy across consumer, corporate and SME segments, including CVM, portfolio optimization, spend growth, activation and profitability.
• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, loyalty and rewards, digital enablement and customer journey improvements.
• Establish program governance, manage risks, dependencies, issues and executive reporting.
• Develop business cases, analytics, market assessments and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance and analytics.
• Manage testing, readiness, go live, stabilization and benefit realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive measurable commercial, customer and operational outcomes.Mandatory Requirements
• 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, cards/payments or financial services transformation.
• Strong experience leading complex, multi workstream transformation or consulting programs.
• Strong cards expertise covering consumer, corporate and SME cards, CVM and portfolio management.
• Experience with product launches, digital banking, analytics and performance optimization.
• Strong C level stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi payments landscape.
• Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred.
