Cards Technical Implementation Lead - 12 months

We are looking for an experienced technical implementation professional to lead the launch of consumer credit, prepaid/wallet-linked, and commercial card products.Key responsibilities:Manage end-to-end card implementation, from planning through production launch.Coordinate BIN setup, ICA assignment, processor connectivity, and scheme certification.Lead card management system and payment processor integrations.Manage card personalisation, digital issuance, and fulfilment.Support tokenisation and digital wallet implementations, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.Oversee SIT, UAT, security testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, processors, and external vendors.Mandatory requirements:7-12 years of experience in card payments technology and technical implementation.Proven delivery of credit, prepaid/wallet, and commercial card programs.Hands-on experience with BIN setup, ICA enablement, and card scheme certification.Strong payment processor and card management system integration experience.Knowledge of ISO 8583, 3DS, tokenisation, digital wallets, and card lifecycle processes.Good understanding of SAMA requirements for card issuance and consumer finance.Candidates with GCC experience and exposure to fintech, BNPL, or greenfield card launches will be preferred.
