The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and guiding prospects toward enrollment by highlighting the value and career impact of our training programs.Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
- Promote and sell training programs primarily through tele-calling
- Record client interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system
- Generate leads proactively through various channels
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, policies, and campaigns
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Implement client retention strategies
- Influence purchasing decisions using structured sales scripts
- Support team sales initiatives
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Forecast and analyze sales performance
- Address customer concerns and resolve grievances
