We are seeking a highly articulate and knowledgeable Career Coach to provide elite, end-to-end career guidance to professionals navigating the modern corporate landscape. In this role, you will leverage your deep, current knowledge of the corporate employment markets in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to help candidates secure strategic roles. You must possess native-level or fluent English communication skills to effectively critique profiles, lead mock interviews, and advise high-level professionals on executive communication.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Coaching: Deliver high-impact, one-on-one career coaching sessions to guide candidates through career transitions, promotions, and industry pivots.International Market Advice: Provide tailored job search strategies based on the distinct regional nuances, hiring timelines, compliance standards, and recruitment trends of the US, Canadian, and UK job markets.Premium Asset Creation: Review and optimize resumes, CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, adapting formats to match regional expectations (such as UK CV formats versus US/Canadian resumes).Interview & Negotiation Prep: Conduct advanced mock interviews, behavioral coaching, and framework-based presentation prep, while guiding candidates through complex salary and equity negotiations.Networking Strategy: Teach proactive inbound and outbound networking methodologies, including effective utilization of LinkedIn, industry associations, and recruiter engagement.Performance Tracking: Monitor candidate progress, analyze success rates, and continuously refine coaching frameworks based on evolving job market dynamics.Guidance: Be able to confidently guide clients in Canada, USA and UK job markets.Qualifications:Experience: Professional experience in career coaching, executive search, university career services, or corporate talent acquisition.Geographic Expertise: Proven industry knowledge of the corporate landscapes, major employment hubs, and hiring cultural norms within the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom.Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual English fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive and professional audiences.Coaching Methodology: Deep familiarity with modern career frameworks, behavioral assessment methodologies, and corporate hiring practices (including Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS optimization).Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening capabilities, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Credentials: Certified Career Coach (CPCC, BCC, or equivalent) or a background in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Industrial Psychology is highly preferred but not required.What We Offer:Global Impact: Opportunity to shape the career trajectories of diverse, high-caliber international candidates.Autonomy: Freedom to manage your client portfolio and adapt coaching methodologies to achieve optimal placement results.
