Hey there!Are you passionate about guiding young minds and helping them find their dream careers?We are on the hunt for a warm-hearted Career Counsellor to be the guiding star for our vibrantstudent community, spanning both our school and college divisions.Here is what you would be up to:1. Chit-chat sessions: Dive into friendly one-on-one chats with students, understandingtheir dreams, passions, and what makes them tick.2. Playing detective: Use cool career assessment tools to help students discover theirstrengths, interests, and the world of opportunities out there.3. Being the go-to guru: Keep students in the loop about all the fab career paths out there,and what our institution offers.4. Inspire on the go: Got some pep talks up your sleeve? We would love for you to share,motivate, and uplift our students with your words of wisdom.5. Teamwork makes the dream work: Team up with our academic advisors to make sureour students’ academic and career dreams are in sync.6. Keep those memories: Jot down notes about your chats with students, the dreams theyshare, and the guidance you offer.Here is what we are hoping you bring to the table:A degree in Counselling, Education, or something similar. If you have got a Masterdegree, that is a cherry on top!Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in career counselling, with exposure to bothschool and college environments being an advantage.A knack for chit-chat, with a listening ear and some inspiring words to share.Curiosity about career trends and pathways. We love a good trend-spotter!A friend-making (aka networking) spirit.A clear background check and any other bits and bobs our institution or state mightask for.Sound like your cup of tea?
