Role Description Coordination between the students and the universities. -Advise students about what courses and education Program they need for career growth..-Organize counselling programs that inculcates the student(s) in question.-Review both current and past reports about the student(s), in a bid to check their progress-Levels and also make further recommendations if needed.-Make sure that students’ parents or guardians are actively involved in the development-Administration of intervention procedures when the need arises.-Telesales and sound understanding of the university.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess student profiles, interpret educational options, and recommend suitable pathways.Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.Experience in training and coaching, with the ability to conduct guidance sessions, workshops, and skill-building programs for diverse learners.Exposure to program development, such as designing advisory modules, career guidance frameworks, or support initiatives.Prior experience in career counseling, academic advising, student services, or education consulting is preferred.Comfort working with digital tools, CRM or counseling platforms, and basic data tracking for student progress.
