The individual will be responsible for conducting impactful training on career readiness, life skills, and business skills to empower students preparing for the workforce. Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering interactive presentations, conducting workshops, mentoring participants, and ensuring aligned program outcomes. The role will also involve evaluating students’ progress and collaborating with other teams to tailor programs to meet learners' specific career goals. Qualifications Strong Presentation Skills and proven ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessionsExpertise in Training & Development, with experience in creating and executing learning curriculumsAbility to teach and mentor participants in Life Skills and professional preparednessExcellent Communication and Soft Skills to effectively connect with diverse learners and stakeholdersProficiency in working remotely, managing virtual training tools, and using learning management systemsPrior experience in working with educational institutions, corporates, or government training programs is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field; certifications in training or facilitation are a plus
