CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR

Saudi Batal Design is expanding its production team in Riyadh and is looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to premium-quality furniture manufacturing.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Production – CarpentryImportant requirements:• Must currently reside in Riyadh • Must have previous carpentry or furniture-production experience in Riyadh • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience • Previous experience supervising carpenters and production teams • Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials and quality control • Technical qualification is an advantage • Strong planning, communication and time-management skills • High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyKey responsibilities:• Supervise carpenters, machine operators and production workers • Plan and coordinate daily carpentry activities • Assign tasks based on workers’ skills and qualifications • Monitor production schedules, quality and efficiency • Inspect completed work and resolve production issues • Calculate material requirements and monitor inventory usage • Train, coach and evaluate team members • Enforce health and safety procedures • Prepare daily production progress reportsQualified candidates can apply directly through this job post and upload their CV.
