- Must currently reside in Riyadh
- Must have previous carpentry or furniture-production experience in Riyadh
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience supervising carpenters and production teams
- Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials and quality control
- Technical qualification is an advantage
- Strong planning, communication and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyKey responsibilities:
- Supervise carpenters, machine operators and production workers
- Plan and coordinate daily carpentry activities
- Assign tasks based on workers’ skills and qualifications
- Monitor production schedules, quality and efficiency
- Inspect completed work and resolve production issues
- Calculate material requirements and monitor inventory usage
- Train, coach and evaluate team members
- Enforce health and safety procedures
