Guided by excellence, character, and ownership, we're building what we aim to become over the next decade: the leading Dutch carve-out boutique.As our pipeline grows, we're looking for an exceptional Manager-level strategy consultant (McKinsey, Bain or BCG) with entrepreneurial drive and leadership potential to help shape the next chapter of Sol Advisory.You'll work on a high-profile large-cap carve-out and other complex projects requiring strategic thinking, operational problem-solving and hands-on execution.Most importantly: You'll not only advise builders. You'll become one.Our hiring approach:For this role, we hire for problem-solving ability, the motivation to develop new skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset first, then invest in developing deep domain expertise.Although a plus, you don't need years of carve-out experience to succeed in this role.If you also have experience in corporate finance, M&A or the technology sector, that's a significant advantage (but not a prerequisite).Message from founder Gosse de Jong:"A-players want to work with other A-players.
