métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 for one of our leading clients in Dubai, UAE.This is a clinical case management role focused on managing complex and high-cost inpatient cases, assessing medical necessity, coordinating treatment, ensuring appropriate coding, and identifying cost-effective care solutions while maintaining compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬Review and assess complex and high-cost inpatient cases, treatment plans, and medical necessity.Coordinate with treating physicians, hospitals, insurers, and internal teams to ensure appropriate case management.Conduct hospital visits to review medical records, treatment progress, and length of stay.Ensure accurate DRG coding and appropriate severity classification.Coordinate Second Medical Opinions (SMO), referrals, and alternative care options where required.Negotiate provider rates and identify opportunities for cost containment and optimization.Prepare detailed case summaries, assessments, and recommendations for management approval.Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor case outcomes and cost savings.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, clinical guidelines, and coding standards.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞MBBS/MD – Mandatory.Relevant coding certification – Mandatory.3–5 years of relevant experience in case management or a similar clinical role.Strong experience handling inpatient cases and complex/high-cost medical cases.Strong knowledge of DRG coding, medical guidelines, and relevant policies.UAE healthcare experience is preferred.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Strong clinical assessment and case management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong negotiation and cost-containment skills.Good understanding of medical documentation, coding, and treatment protocols.Valid UAE Driving License.Willingness to conduct hospital visits and travel across the UAE.
