These roles are best suited to professionals searching for a rewarding career in alternative dispute resolution, advice and training.The post holders will be responsible for resolving disputes by telephone/writing, mediating/conciliating/negotiating, adjudicating, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, assisting with dispute resolution processes and liaising with a range of stakeholders.
