They are tasked with accurately recording and reconciling all payments received and issued, matching cash balances with bank statements, managing relationships with banks, handling indemnity and chargeback requests, processing loan transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions, including payments received and issued. 2. Match cash balances with bank statements and reconcile any discrepancies. 3. Manage relationships with banks, including handling indemnity and chargeback requests. 4. Process loan transactions and ensure compliance with loan agreements. 5. Issue and record payments to vendors and customers in a timely manner. 6. Maintain and update cash flow plans according to business needs. 7. Match sub ledger accounts with the general ledger and conduct budget checks. 8. Prepare regular cash reports for management and provide insights on cash flow trends. 9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate cash accounting and reporting. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and compliance requirements related to cash management. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ● CMA or other relevant certification is a plus. ● Proven experience in cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ● Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. ● Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
