AMNCO is seeking an experienced Cash Centers Manager to lead and oversee its network of Cash Centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, secure, compliant, and efficient operations across all Cash Centers, working closely with individual Cash Center Managers and the Cash Solutions management team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the operational performance of all AMNCO Cash Centers across KSA.Manage, guide, and evaluate Cash Center Managers and ensure consistent operating standards across all locations.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements, internal policies, security standards, and client contractual requirements.Standardize cash processing, counting, reconciliation, vault, custody, ATM preparation, and cash handling procedures across all centers.Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, cash discrepancies, shortages/overages, incidents, SLA performance, and corrective actions.Ensure proper segregation of duties, dual-control procedures, access controls, CCTV controls, and other physical and operational security requirements.Conduct regular operational reviews and site visits to Cash Centers across the Kingdom.Coordinate with CIT, ATM Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Security, HR, and other relevant departments.Ensure appropriate staffing levels, shift structures, training, succession planning, and workforce productivity across the Cash Centers.Lead the investigation and resolution of major operational discrepancies and recurring issues.Support internal, client, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of findings.Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, control, and cost optimization across the Cash Center network.Provide consolidated management reports and recommendations on Cash Centers' performance to senior management.Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi National – Mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Cash Centers, cash processing, banking operations, CIT, or related cash services.At least 3–5 years in a managerial or multi-site operational leadership role.Strong knowledge of applicable SAMA requirements and controls governing Cash Center and cash-handling operations.Strong experience in cash processing, vault operations, reconciliation, ATM operations, operational controls, and risk management.Proven experience managing multiple locations, managers, and large operational teams.Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability and willingness to travel regularly across KSA.Good command of Arabic and English.
