ES World is committed to helping students reach their English goals in a stimulating and supportive environment.Role Description The Cash Controller is responsible for managing all cash-related operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and efficient reporting. This role combines strict financial accountability with front-line service, supporting the Treasury Department, Finance, and student-facing teams in delivering reliable and transparent financial processes.Key responsibilitiesProcess cash, card and cheque payments, refunds and petty cash transactions.Complete daily cash reconciliations and weekly bank, card and cheque settlements.Prepare daily payment reports and monthly income summaries.Maintain accurate POS and CRM records and resolve payment queries.Follow internal controls, report discrepancies and maintain confidential financial records.RequirementsRelevant certification or bachelor’s degree.At least four years’ experience in cash handling, cashiering or financial control.Strong reconciliation and accounting knowledge, with CRM and basic IT skills.Excellent attention to detail, integrity, customer service and teamwork.ES World is an equal opportunities employer.
