This position is perfect for someone with sharp attention to detail and a knack for working with financial data.ResponsibilitiesOversee and monitor daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.Creator for payment processing and fund transfers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct detailed reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.Analyze and forecast cash flow trends to support financial decision-making and risk management.Act as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management services and resolve transaction issues.Implement and improve cash management procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Prepare detailed cash flow reports and financial summaries for management review.Support treasury-related initiatives, including investment planning and financial risk assessmentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Foundational understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.Proficient in using Google Suite (especially Google Sheets and Google Drive) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsInternship or work experience in a finance or cash management function.Familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools.Interest in the tech industry and working in a fast-paced environment.Bukalapak is an Equal Opportunity EmployerBukalapak is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
