Cashier & Kitchen Helper

This is a versatile role supporting both our customer-facing operations and kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable switching between handling orders, assisting customers, supporting the kitchen, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Order & Logistics ManagementHandle customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinate delivery and pickup ordersSupport smooth day-to-day order flow and operationsCustomer ExperienceAssist customers with questions and requestsEnsure a friendly and seamless ordering experienceHandle customer orders through our ordering systemsKitchen AssistanceSupport the kitchen team with food preparationAssist with basic cooking and assembly tasksMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areasInventory & Supply SupportHelp monitor stock levelsAssist with receiving deliveriesEnsure products and supplies are stored correctly and efficientlyFood Safety & HygieneFollow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness proceduresMaintain a clean and safe working environmentFollow PASS THE SALT's food handling and operational standardsTeam & Operations SupportWork closely with the kitchen and operations teamSupport colleagues wherever neededContribute to an organized, efficient, and positive working environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a restaurant, café, food service, or customer-facing role is preferredReliable, punctual, and responsibleGood communication and customer service skillsOrganized and attentive to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWilling to take on both customer-facing and kitchen responsibilitiesAble to work well as part of a teamBasic English required; Arabic is a plusFood safety knowledge or experience is an advantageWe're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, flexible, and willing to get involved wherever needed.
