Cashier (Chinese Speaking)

A. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing payments,cash,and other financial transactions. The position ensures accurate cash reconciliation, compliance with internal controls and provides professional customer service.B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: -Process cash, credit, and payment transactions.-Handle incoming and outgoing payments.-Maintain and reconcile cash drawers.-Assist guests with currency exchange and payment inquiries.-Maintain confidentiality and provide good customer service.C.QUALIFICATION-1–2 years of experience in cashiering, cash handling, finance, accounting, banking, or related fields preferred.- Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.- Cash handling and reconciliation skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Chinese language required; English is a plus.- Basic computer/Excel skills.- Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
