Cashier Clerk

As a Cashier Clerk, you will work at the back office and help to ensure accurate sales transactions.The Role Provide the cashiering service, including POS terminal floats, POS credit card settlement reports checking, daily cashier closings, currency exchange and handling cheques from customers.Evaluate unusual sales transaction on reports and ensure validity of transactionsPrepare cash report including daily cash received and money to be bankedTransfer foreign currency bank note and traveller cheque into banks with assistance of the appointed foreign currency exchange agent dailySet up credit card terminals and utilities for road show / trunk show eventsPrepare LC electronic gift card to corporate customersIssue electronic gift card at POS terminalsProcess refunds for e-business transactionsThe Ideal Candidate At least 2 years of Cashier experienceAble to work in shift dutiesExperience working as Cashier at retail storesGood knowledge of Sales Audit at frontline operations is a plusGood Excel skills on daily POS/ Credit Card settlementBenefitsAt Lane Crawford you work hard and play hard while we take care of your wellbeing.
