With a growing footprint and a customer-first ethos, we’re scaling our frontline finance team to match our ambitious growth trajectory.Role & ResponsibilitiesProcess cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently in a high-volume trading environment.Balance daily cash drawers, reconcile end-of-day reports, and report discrepancies immediately to management.Issue receipts, manage customer invoices, and maintain accurate records in compliance with UAE financial regulations.Support warehouse and logistics teams by verifying shipment documentation against payment confirmations.Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payment queries and ensuring smooth transaction experiences.Adhere strictly to internal controls, audit protocols, and cash-handling security policies.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven experience as a Cashier in retail, wholesale, or trading environmentsProficiency with POS systems and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle cash and maintain audit trailsFamiliarity with UAE VAT and invoicing requirementsFluent communication in English; Arabic is a plusPreferredExperience in import-export or logistics settingsBasic Microsoft Excel skills for daily reportingCustomer service orientation in B2B environmentsBenefits & Culture HighlightsStable, fast-paced workplace with growth potential in a growing UAE-based trading firmCompetitive salary + performance incentivesOpportunity to be part of a core operational team with direct impact on cash flow and customer retentionSkills: wholesale,cashier,customer service
