The role ensures proper cash handling, accurate billing and payment records, and professional customer service for patients and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process patient payments for consultations, procedures, medications, and other hospital servicesProcess cash, card, and electronic payments and issue accurate receipts for all transactionsPerform daily cash reconciliation and prepare end-of-day collection reportsCoordinate with billing, admissions, and insurance teams to verify charges and resolve payment-related inquiriesQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field1-3 years of experience in cashiering, finance, customer service, or a related roleHealthcare or hospital experience is preferredKnowledge of cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic financial procedures is an advantage
