Abu Faisal Automotive Parts emphasizes customer service through its contact center and dedicated support channels.Role Description The Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card, and electronic payments for automotive spare parts. The Cashier will issue receipts, manage daily cash reconciliations, and maintain organized records of sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers at the counter, answering basic inquiries about products and prices, coordinating with sales staff, and ensuring the checkout area is clean and well-presented. The role also involves following company policies on returns and exchanges, adhering to financial and safety procedures, and supporting a positive customer experience.Qualifications Strong cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients in a busy retail environment.Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for daily reconciliation, invoice handling, and transaction documentation.Time management and organizational skills to manage queues, prioritize tasks, and maintain an orderly workspace.Ability to work on-site full-time in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with sales and warehouse teams.Previous experience in retail, automotive parts, or a similar cashier role is an advantage.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in the UAE is beneficial.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing or inventory systems preferred.
